We've gone multiple times as it's very close and there aren't a lot of choices in the area and the service is almost always terrible. It's not that the staff are unfriendly but they frequently get orders wrong and we've had to get up to get drink refills cause our waitress will just disappear. Slow service is understandable if it is busy or looks like they are understaffed but often I've seen the staff just standing around in the back. Only reason I gave three stars instead of two or one is because they have good ice.August 27, 2016
