  I order frequently from this dominos, like at least once a week since they've opened. Absolutely love the staff for putting up with our late night orders and our food has always been on point. I feel that the quality of Domino's food and customer service has come along way. The worst thing that has happened was a forgotten 20 oz drink, so the next time I ordered all I said was please don't forget my drink and when they delivered they gave us two 2 litres for the forgotten mellow yellow. Hope this review has been helpful.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. Never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Ordered online, waited the hour estimate the tracker gave me, called and found out my pizza has been sitting done for 40 minutes with no drivers to deliver it. I went to pick it up myself, after already paying the delivery charge, touched it and it was cold. When I asked how that was ok, four young punk "managers" got in my face telling me everything from it was the general managers fault to my own for ordering online because everybody knows walk-in customers take precedence. And when I told them I was done discussing it with them, they heard I was done with them, to which they replied "good, we don't like serving your kind anyway". The pizza, though cold, was still good, but if I have to drive to pick it up since this place obviously doesn't care about timely delivery, then this family will be making the old familiar pizza drive to the Concord location.
